The cottage is situated in a quiet residential area of Great Ayton and adjacent to the owners home. The village shops and facilities are only a couple of minutes drive or ten minutes walk away.
The village of Great Ayton, boyhood home of Captain James Cook, is delightfully picturesque, with its High and Low Greens, the River Leven running through the middle, and Roseberry Topping and Captain Cook's Monument as a backdrop.
